Coordinate and secure conference attendance, travel, hotel, car rental services, etc. Follow/request renewal of ad contracts, memberships, sponsorships, etc. Manage media booking requests on a regular basis and follow-up with PR agency, Spa, Fitness, Food and Reservations. Administrate standing PR requests such as photo requests, fact checking, monitoring promotional activities (LA ads, special promos with reservations), and work closely with PR agency. ![]() Manage and track all Marketing expense reports/receipts, purchase orders, quotes and Invoices for the Marketing Department and follow-up as needed.
